July 2008 – Present. Managing Director at Loyaltypromoter
Loyaltypromoter main focus is optimization of customer loyalty for our clients. 
We support organizations in the conversion of customer and employee loyalty insights into successful improvement steps. Loyaltypromoter improves the quality and effectiveness of the data and the practical usage/conversion of these in action. We focus on product/service, process and system improvements. Use is made of proprietary tools such as "root cause analysis".
   

May 2008 - Present. Senior Expert Marketing Intelligence at HIP-Europe
HIP-Europe is the Technology and Business Acceleration network of the Eindhoven High-Tech campus.
My key areas of expertise: 
- Successful Product development, New Business Creation,
